For Immediate Release | Wicked Pictures Releases Trailer & Cover for Brad Armstrong's Sci-Fi Thriller 'DNA' starring jessica drake & Asa Akira

LOS ANGELES, CA – (September 23, 2016) – Wicked Pictures is pleased to announce it has released the trailer for award-winning filmmaker Brad Armstrong’s epic sci-fi thriller DNA starring Wicked Girls jessica drake and Asa Akira. The three-minute, safe-for-work trailer was unveiled on YouTube Wednesday, September 21st, and may be viewed at https://youtu.be/qmrmtPaQZgk. The project’s striking cover art showcasing drake and Akira is available at http://www.wickedb2b.com/movies/dna. In the veteran contract director's latest masterwork, Lidia Kline (drake) works her way up the corporate ladder at Iterum Industries, which specializes in reuniting clients, via cloning, with loved ones who have passed away. But this “Re-Life” service comes at a hefty price, as the clones - called "carbons" - have a lifespan of only 72 hours, and irregularities have been detected in the cloning process. But Lidia and her boss, owner Malcolm Moore (Armstrong), are more concerned about increasing their clientele because of the overhead. Looking for other sources of funding, Malcolm and Lidia cozy up to a congressman, even showing him a good time with a couple of sexy clones. But things take a turn for the bizarre when one of the carbons, Kayla (Akira) becomes aware of her former life. The cloning irregularities worsen, this time leading to disastrous results. But at Iterum, nothing is permanent. Not even death… In addition to drake, Akira and Armstrong, the cast includes Abigail Mac, Vanessa Veracruz, Small Hands, Chanel Preston, Abella Danger, Courtney Taylor, Scarlet Red, Christi Ann, Ryan Driller, Eric Masterson, Tommy Gunn and more. For his part, Armstrong is understandably enthusiastic when discussing his timely and provocative mega-production, which takes his talents as a writer, director and designer into speculative territory never before touched by an erotic film. “DNA turned out amazingly well - the locations, sets and wardrobe really came together to create another time and place, which is always so important when delving into the science fiction genre," he reveals. "jessica and Asa were fantastic. They have amazing chemistry together onscreen, both in their acting sequences and sex scenes. We also had a great supporting cast, as each performer brought a little something extra to the movie. As a director, I couldn’t be more proud of their efforts.” In addition to the advance release of the film's gorgeous cover art and fascinating trailer, Wicked is promoting the film to social media audiences via ‘The History and Mystery of DNA' promotional sweepstakes in which those following the company's official Twitter account, twitter.com/wickedpictures, get opportunities to win copies of the two-disc, gatefold sleeve DVD by answering topical questions about DNA, the very genetic code which defines humanity's physical make up. DNA will be available September 28th exclusively from Wicked Pictures. For Domestic Sales please contact Bonnie Kail at 800-737-7838 or email bonnie@wickedpictures.com. About Wicked Pictures Established in Canoga Park, California on March 1st 1993, Wicked Pictures was formed with a firm commitment to producing quality adult productions created specifically for women and couples, a decision the company has stayed true to for over twenty three years, even when this mission has seemed at odds with prevailing economic trends. And after a health scare in 1998 led many companies to begin instituting policies of mandatory condom usage, Wicked is the only producer still safeguarding performers’ health by continuing to adhere to this policy over seventeen years later. Wicked continues to diversify and expand its commitment to couples’ intimacy through such initiatives as the romance-driven Wicked Passions label, the AVN / XBIZ award-winning franchises Wicked Comix and Wicked Fairy Tales, the award-winning educational series jessica drake’s Guide to Wicked Sex, and the Wicked Sensual Care line of luxurious lubricants and enhancers. These forward-thinking ventures allow Wicked to explore new ground while staying true to its core vision of producing quality adult entertainment and strengthening its appeal to women and couples.
